| Ceres has a remarkable group of teachers who serve in the roles of coaches/staff developers. Their roles are to offer feedback, tips, and/or strategies as you continue to increase and refine your repertoire of instructional techniques. They assist teachers in learning new instructional strategies to help them become more effective and efficient in their teaching. They will support classroom teachers by modeling techniques, watching and giving feedback, and giving helpful teaching tips as teachers acquire new instructional practices.
Their job is to provide support and service to classroom teachers in a variety of ways designed to improve student achievement. Our coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.
